This allows you to control the formation of the crust and when a good crust is formed, it is reflected in a full-bodied flavor. Whether it's a rye bread, a wheat bread or small pastries, all varieties benefit from our Grain Lame de Boulanger. Depending on the type of bread, the surface can be cut with the knife in a cross cut, diagonally, as a diamond or even as a flower pattern. All thanks to a very sharp blade that fits perfectly in the hand.
