Description

Wooden baker knife replacement blades, 10 pieces

With a beautiful baker's knife made of olive, oak, walnut, mahogany, zebrawood or teakwood, you have a reliable helper for the bakery. But after frequent use, even the blade of these noble tools will become blunt once in a while. Unlike many other bakers' knives, however, the blade here can be replaced quite easily.

Wooden baker knife replacement blades - Application

Always take good care of your fingers when working with the blades for the baker's knives. The blades are ground very sharp to guarantee optimal smooth and regular cuts.

To replace a dull blade, unscrew the two screws of the baker's knife until the blade comes loose. Set it aside, it should be safely disposed of afterwards. Then pick up a new blade and insert one long side into the slot. Then tighten both screws again until the blade holds well. Already you can again cut delicious breads.

For example, if you want to bake a nice round baguette that is not very ripped, a curved blade is perfect. To do this, slightly unscrew the two screws of the baker's knife so that a small gap is created. Slide in the baguette blade insert and tighten the screws again. Now the blade can be bent slightly and placed on the metal insert using the top and bottom slots so that the bend of the blade matches the bend of the insert. You already have a curved blade for your baguette. You can find an instruction video for inserting the blade here.

This way you always have a sharp baker's knife, there is no need to dispose of old baker's knives and your breads always have a nicely cut crust.
