For praline making you need a high quality praline casting mold. With this professional mold made of high quality polycarbonate, you can easily make 28 beautiful hollow spheres. The hollow balls are ideal for making your own chocolates or truffles.

The hollow bodies serve as praline shells and can then be filled with a sweet filling to taste. Create your own chocolates freely according to your mood!

To make a whole varété of fine chocolates, you can choose different motifs from our molds. If you do not want to cast the hollow spheres yourself, you can also buy them as a semi-finished product ready-made. You then only have to fill them.

Praline mold - application

Put the two molds together. To ensure that the chocolate coating is evenly distributed in the cavities, use a piping bag to pour in the liquid chocolate. To avoid air holes, then gently tap the chocolate mold against the table. Then place the perforated plate inside and drip off the excess chocolate by turning the mold upside down. The excess chocolate on the mold is removed with a spatula. Before the chocolate crystallizes, the perforated plate is removed. After a while, the finished praline balls can be removed from the mold.
