Fleurs embossing set application and feature

The application is very simple:

Roll out a small amount of icing, fondant or marzipan about 2 mm thick.

Rub the silicone mold with a thin layer of vegetable fat.
Place the cut flower on the mold.
Press the silicone embosser lightly, so that the flower is finely detailed.
Carefully lift the embossed flower out of the embosser with a brush.
