Fleur Multi Embossing Set

A simple and child's play embossing and cookie cutter set. This set consists of a silicone embosser and the corresponding cookie cutter. With it you can emboss sweet little flowers and cut them out directly. Use fondant, marzipan, flower paste or modeling clay. Thanks to the easy application, you can beautifully decorate your cakes, cupcakes, cakepops and desserts. For children's birthday parties, this beautiful flower is particularly well received.

How do you use the embossing and cutting set?

Roll out the fondant to a thickness of approx. 3 mm. It is best to roll out the fondant to baker's starch so that nothing sticks to the silicone embosser or rolling pin. Now place the rolled out fondant on the lower part of the silicone embosser and the upper part on top. Press well together so that the flower is embossed. Release the fondant from the silicone mold and with the cookie cutter you can easily cut out the flower.
To make the flower a little more vivid, you can put it in a flower former or on the baguette baking tray and let it dry that way. If you like, you can also take colored fondant and create a colorful flower.
You can also take marzipan or flower paste to decorate your cupcakes and cakes. The approach is the same as for fondant.

With powder color you can give your flower the finishing touch. You can apply the powder directly with a fine brush or mix it with a little alcohol to make a liquid color. This way the flowers look almost real.

Conjure up little flower cookies for the kids birthday party

We have for you a simple butter cookie dough that is not only delicious, but also quick to prepare.

For this you need:
300g flour
150g powdered sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 egg
1TL Baking powder
grated from one untreated lemon
150g butter
some baker's starch

Here's how:
Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Simply mix all the ingredients together and knead into a firm dough. You can do this with your hands or with a food processor.
Sprinkle your work surface and the rolling pin with some baker's starch before you start rolling out the dough. Now you can roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut it out with the cookie cutter.
Place the cut out cookies on a baking tray with baking paper and put them in the oven until they are golden brown. This may only take a few minutes.
After the cookies are done baking, place them on a cooling rack and let them cool completely.

Continue with the marzipan blanket for the flowers.
Roll out the desired marzipan thinly and cut out the flowers with the cutter. Now place the rolled out marzipan on the lower part of the silicone embosser and place the upper part on top. Press well together so that the flower is embossed. Release the marzipan from the silicone mold and with the cutter you can easily cut out the flower.
Once the cookies are cooled, you can decorate with a little Food glue glue the marzipan lid onto the cookie base. If you like, you can still decorate the flowers with some Powder color or glitter to decorate. And they are ready, your magical flowers for an elfish children's birthday.

How do you clean the silicone embosser and cutter?

The cleaning of the silicone embosser and the cookie cutter is very easy. You can simply put the silicone mold in the dishwasher. The cookie cutter is rinsed by hand with a little soap and warm water.
