Pink pepper - use and properties
The very special decoration!
Decorate your treats with the best pink pepper.
Unlike real red peppercorns, which taste intensely peppery and hot, pink pepper tastes rather mild and is therefore mainly used as decoration.
It goes perfectly with both sweet and savory dishes. The peppercorns in dried form can be used as a great decoration on cakes, cupcakes, cakepops, muffins, crèmes, homemade chocolates and all kinds of sweets. To do this, simply apply a small amount of the pink peppercorns to the frosting such as icing, chocolate coating or icing, or place them as a garnish on frosting, buttercream or other crèmes.
But the pink peppercorns also look particularly beautiful to present fine salads, fish, sauces or other dishes beautifully. Ideal also to decorate drinks or cocktails.
Get fancy and add some spice to your delicacies with pink pepper!
