Dough scraper large, flexible
If you want the bread dough to come off the kneading bowl completely or you want to pour the cake batter into the baking pan without half of it sticking, we recommend using a large, flexible dough scraper. Easily clean all your larger bowls and pans this way.

Dough scraper large, flexible
The bread dough has risen wonderfully, the work surface is well dusted with flour and next to it the baking tray is ready. Now all you have to do is transfer the fluffy dough from the bowl to the work surface and from there to the baking tray. No problem with a suitable dough horn. The dough mandrel is sturdy enough that you can cut off pieces of dough but also extra flexible so that it adapts perfectly to the curve of the bowl. Even soft masses such as cake fillings, buttercream or praline fillings can simply be loaded onto the large scraper and placed in a piping bag or on the cake.
Dough scraper - use
If you have a large bowl with a cake batter or other mass like buttercream or a praline filling, the large dough scraper will help. The cake dough is easy to scrape out just like bread dough, the sturdy dough scraper can also be used for portioning by simply cutting off a portion of the mass and loading it onto the dough scraper. This also allows you to easily fill different masses into piping bags.
While holding a piping bag folded over at the top with your weaker hand, use the pastry scraper in your stronger hand to pry off some of the mixture and place it in the piping bag. Folded over the top of the mixture and fitted with a spout at the front, or simply cut open, the piping bag will help you fill and portion. If there is only a small amount of mixture left in the piping bag at the end, you can place it on a smooth surface and use the back of the pastry scraper to push the mixture down.
For bread or cake dough, hold the bowl at a slight angle and use the dough scraper to easily scrape out the dough. For bread, shape the dough on a floured work surface and use the dough scraper to place it on a baking sheet or in a proofing basket. The flattened edge can also be used to scrape out small pieces of dough. For pie fillings, you can use the pastry scraper to spread some of the cream onto the pie crust and spread it evenly.
Once your bread or cake is in the oven, all the buttercream squirted and the filling filled, the large dough scraper can simply be put in the dishwasher. It is heat resistant up to about 100°C and can thus also be used for hot masses.
A flexible dough scraper thus helps in various areas in your kitchen and facilitates the scraping of various masses from the bowl. This makes baking bread, making cakes and filling piping bags much easier!
