Dough scraper Small
The bread dough has risen wonderfully, the work surface is well dusted with flour and next to it the baking tray is ready. Now all you have to do is transfer the fluffy dough from the bowl to the work surface and from there to the baking tray. No problem with a suitable dough scraper. The dough scraper is sturdy enough that you can cut off pieces of dough but still slightly flexible, so it will conform well to the curve of the bowl. Even if you want to transfer buttercream or a praline filling into a piping bag, a pastry scraper will help. So a generally very useful kitchen helper.

The dough scraper is sturdy enough that you can cut off pieces of dough but still slightly flexible, so that it adapts well to the curve of the bowl.
Dough scraper - use
A pastry scraper also helps if you want to transfer buttercream or a praline filling into a piping bag. While holding a piping bag folded over at the top with your weaker hand, use your stronger hand and the pastry scraper to pry off some of the mixture and place it in the piping bag. With the top of the pastry closed and a spout at the front, or simply cut open, the piping bag will help you fill and portion the pastry. Finally, if there is only a small amount of mixture left in the piping bag, you can lay it flat and use the back of the pastry scraper to push the mixture down. Once your bread or cake is in the oven, all the buttercream piped and the filling filled, the pastry scraper can simply be put in the dishwasher. It is heat resistant up to about 100° C and can thus also be used for hot masses.A dough scraper thus helps in various areas in your kitchen and facilitates the scraping of a wide variety of masses from your bowl and the cutting off of, for example, small lumps of dough for rolls. This makes baking bread, making cakes and filling piping bags much easier!
