Barbecue / oven glove L
Every passionate baker and every grill master has probably burned himself at some point, on a hot tray, the heated grill grate or even on one of the heavy and particularly hot bread baking stones. With this glove you can handle all grids, trays, molds and stones without worrying, because the fabric is heat resistant up to 350 °C. The grill glove has a protective and insulating outer layer made of aramid fibers. These are not only known for their heat resistance, they are also very tear and cut resistant.
While the aramid fabric keeps heat away from your hands, the cotton and polyester lining keeps them comfortable. The palms are decorated with silicone accents, these not only look great, they also improve grip when holding slippery objects such as glass or smooth ground sheet metal.
Barbecue / oven glove - application
This glove can be used very versatile, whether in the kitchen, at the grill or when handling particularly hot objects. For example, prepare a bread dough, let it rise, shape it and put it in a proofing basket. 35 minutes before the bread goes into the oven, place a bread baking stone in the oven while it is still cold. Then set the highest possible temperature and wait until the dough has fermented optimally. Then put on the glove and take the proofing basket with the other hand. This will allow you to pull the grid with the bread stone slightly forward and turn the bread dough directly onto the stone. Then put the whole thing back in the oven and watch your dough turn into a deliciously crusty loaf.
Even very slippery and slippery objects can be held very easily with these gloves. For example, you can hold a glass gratin dish or a flat baking tray without burning yourself or worrying that it might fall off. The high heat resistance also allows you to directly touch the hot grill grate and thus adjust the height, for example.
Once the glove is dirty, it can also be washed carefully. The washing process can cause the aramid to lose some of its insulating ability, but even after many washes this glove still protects wonderfully.
On both sides of the glove are silicone lines, so you can wear it left or right. If you want to carry particularly heavy hot objects, a large cast iron pot or a bread baking stone for example, we recommend that you order two gloves at once to have a better grip.
