Create great amazement with little effort. Thanks to these preformed metal spatulas, making chocolate decorations becomes a breeze. Give your creations the finishing touch with homemade leaves or feathers made of chocolate. And it's that easy:

  1. Dip the spatula completely into tempered couverture.

  2. Make sure that there is not too much chocolate on the spatula. If necessary, you can lightly brush off the chocolate coating so that there is only a thin layer of chocolate on the spatula.

  3. You can completely remove the chocolate from the surface of the spatula by wiping it off.

  4. Press the spatula lightly on a previously prepared PVC film strip.

  5. To get the stem of the decoration, loosen the spatula after pressing lightly and pull the still liquid chocolate down, creating a fine stem.

  6. If you want a straight decoration, you can now let the chocolate dry. However, if you want a curved chocolate decoration, we recommend placing the PVC strip together with the chocolate on a baguettes baking tray so that a curvature is created.

  7. After the chocolate decorations have dried, you can finish the decorations. Be this with cutting the sides, for the feathers, or be this with a touch of glitter - it's up to you.
