Mini burger bun baking tray
The perfect burger bun is nice and round, soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside and it doesn't get soggy even with sauce and meat on it. With this baking tray, your burger buns are guaranteed to succeed! The tray is characterized by the round depressions, the non-stick coating and the perforation. The holes in the tray allow optimal air circulation and thus favor an even baking result.
Burger bun baking tray - application
Mini Burger Buns
120 ml milk
10 g fresh yeast
1 egg yolk
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tbsp sugar
20 ml vegetable oil
225 g white flour
Milk and sesame
Allow all ingredients to come to room temperature. Then mix the milk with the yeast, egg yolk, sugar and oil. Then slowly knead in the flour. Then add the salt and knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then form twelve rolls of the same size, flatten them a bit, brush them with a little milk and let them rest on the baking sheet for another hour. Before baking, brush them again with a little milk. If needed, you can also sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Bake them like this at 190 °C top and bottom heat. After 10 to 15 minutes you can remove the burger buns with the mold from the oven, after about 10 minutes they can be removed from the mold.
Now you can immediately bake another portion of rolls or clean the mold. To avoid damaging the non-stick coating, you should rinse the mold by hand with hot water and non-caustic dishwashing detergent. This way, the mold stays beautiful for a long time and you can bake delicious, crispy mini burger buns again and again.
