Toast baking dish round Ø 7 x 30 cm
With this professional toast baking dish round toast succeeds even in its own oven. This gives it a nice soft crust and not typical square shape. This baking pan is ideal for making uniform round toast. The dough does not stick to the mold, which can also be securely closed.

Toast baking dish round Ø 7 x 30 cm
Toast is simply part of a proper breakfast in many Swiss households. Nevertheless, toast is not exactly known as a high-quality and aromatic bread. With this baking pan you change that! A homemade toast tastes much better than store-bought and gets the right look and practical cut shape with this English bread mold. This baking pan in an unusual round shape allows you to bake perfectly shaped round toasts, which are ideal for sandwiches and canapés.
Toast baking dish - application
Delicious toast
320 g milk
20 g yeast
2 tsp maple syrup
10 g salt
70 g butter
600 g flour
Mix all ingredients together except for the salt. After about 3 minutes, add the salt and knead for about 10 minutes on a slightly higher speed until a smooth dough. Place the dough ball in a lightly oiled bowl and let stand with a dough plastic for 30 minutes at room temperature.
After stick proofing, place the dough on a floured work surface and briefly shape it into an oblong rectangle. To do this, press the edges into the center of the loaf and roll gently. The dough piece should be slightly longer than the baking pan you are using. Take the dough with both hands and lift it into the greased pan. As you do this, the two ends should be folded down slightly. Now press firmly into the dough with your hands and fingers so that it is nicely pressed into the mold. Then close the mold and let it rest for at least two hours. Then the dough should have risen to about 1 cm below the edge. The toast is then baked at 200 °C for 40 minutes. Then take the toast out of the oven and shape the bread directly. The bread can cool on a rack and then be toasted and eaten. You have certainly never had such a delicious toast!
