Description

Marga Mulino grain mill & flake press

In this grain mill, you grind fresh flour and press delicious flakes time and time again. An ingenious system with three rollers allows you to produce flour, meal and flakes as you wish. The mill can be operated manually with a crank or with the motor of the Atlas 150 pasta machine with motor. In the detailed instructions you will find all the information about the different grains and their degree of grinding.

Marga Mulino grain mill & flake crusher - Application

Place your grain mill on a level surface and secure it with the screw clamp. Now you can use the rotary control to set how fine or coarse you would like to grind. Settings 1 to 4 are suitable for flakes, if you want to produce very fine flour, the grains are ground on the first, third and fifth setting, sieved and then refined on the sixth setting. You will find exact specifications for your grain in the enclosed instructions.

Now you can fill the desired grain into the hopper. To prevent clogging, it is best not to fill the hopper completely. With the Marga Mulino you can grind and crush oats, barley, barley malt, spelt, buckwheat, durum wheat, kamut, millet, rice, emmer, quinoa, pepper and even salt. Caution is advised with grains or seeds that can leak oil, as this can clog the machine. If you still want to grind seeds and nuts, these should only be added to another grain in very small quantities and ground in this way. In this way, you can also create a mixed flour that is suitable for baking.

Once the funnel is filled, you can get started. Attach the hand crank or the motor of the Atlas 150 pasta machine and start the crushing process. The grain disappears into the grinder and the flakes, meal or grain are long in the collecting container. If the degree of fineness is not quite right, you can simply adjust it slightly or let the grain pass through again

A brush is sufficient for cleaning; the appliance should never be cleaned with water. However, to ensure thorough cleaning, take the individual parts apart and brush the rollers in particular thoroughly. Make sure that the motor is never mounted when disassembling, reassembling and cleaning.
