Letters embossing set

The letters and lettering embossed with these stamps can be repainted with a little paint and thus highlighted again a little more. This creates beautifully curved and uniform lettering for cakes, cupcakes or cookies. The stamps are safely and practically packaged, so nothing gets lost.

Letters embossing set - application

Prepare a mass of your choice, it may be fondant, modeling paste, marzipan, modeling chocolate or similar. Knead the mass well and roll it out on some baker's starch, depending on the type. Make sure that it becomes evenly thick and not too thin, otherwise the embossing would not be seen nicely afterwards. If you want to put an inscription on a cake, we recommend that you already dress it with fondant, marzipan or a modeling chocolate-fondant mixture.

Now take out the set and choose a suitable embossing stamp. All stamps are nicely sorted into a box and each labeled. On the back of the stamp you can see again which letter it is and how around it is to be held. This is indicated in each case with a small arrow, a fine center line also helps with the exact positioning of the character. The blue plastic is transparent, so you can easily see where and how the character is stamped, so you can also hang several characters together and connect them sensibly.

Once the embossing is done, you can finish it with some color. To do this, use a liquid food coloring that is suitable for brushing on directly (not airbrush paint) or a powder that can be mixed with alcohol and applied to fondant. Then, using a fine brush, apply a coat to the inside of the embossing. If this still becomes a bit translucent, you can add a bit more color powder or paint on a second layer. So you create a beautiful lettering your cake, to decorate a cupcake or cookies, you can cut out the fondant and stick with some royal icing.
