Give your loved ones homemade treats in a sweet bag.
The clear bags with white hearts can be packed nicely with cookies, chocolates or other sweets. The clear bags without bottom are intended for single use. In this set are 100 clear bags for chocolates, cookies and much more. 

In this clear bag for cookies you can pack your best cookies pretty and give them away. The small hearts provide an additional visual highlight.

You can make a perfect chocolate cookie with this recipe:

160 g soft butter

80 Powdered sugar

30 g egg white

240 g White flour

1/2 TSP Vanilla seeds

20 g dark couverture

150 g Royal icing mix

28 g water (or milk)

Cookie cutter Your choice

ProGel Color of your choice

And this is how it works: Making sweet cookies

Beat the butter together with the powdered sugar until fluffy and then slowly add the egg whites. Now add the vanilla seeds, the flour and the melted dark couverture. Mix it briefly on low speed until a kind of crumble is formed. Now knead the mixture with your hands until you get a firm dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. After refrigeration, you should knead the dough briefly and then turn it out onto a floured work surface using Dough woods Roll out to 5 mm thickness. Cut out the dough with various cookie cutters and place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 190 °C convection oven for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down for at least 20 minutes.

For the Icing:

Mix the water together with the royal icing mix and beat it with the Food processor or a Hand mixer 7-10 minutes. Pour a little of the mix into a CornetCut off a small tip and use it to trace the edge of the cookie. Add a little water to the remaining glaze. Color the mass in the desired color with the Progel Farbel. You can pour the mix into different bowls to create different colors. Fill the bordered part with the colored mix. The additional water spreads the glaze better and makes it nice and smooth. 


Possible applications for the hearty clear bags without bottom

These clear bags for cookies can also be used as clear bags for chocolates. It is very important that the chocolates are well sealed and the chocolate has cooled down. This way you make sure that the transparent bags do not smear from the inside. With chocolates you should be careful in the hot months anyway. Keep your chocolates in the transparent bag in the refrigerator, if your room temperature is above 22 degrees. Chocolate melts quickly at higher temperatures.
