Orange paste, 50 g

Orange pralines or even truffles are possible with this paste. The very high quality and aromatic orange paste allows you to make fresh praline fillings at home. Fresh chocolate bars with the best orange flavor are also possible with it.

For a delicious cake, a fresh cream or a delicious buttercream should always use high-quality flavor. Instead of a chemical, fake flavor, with this orange paste you get a subtle, real flavor for a variety of masses. The paste can also be easily baked with, so you give not only creams and sauces but also cake batter and baked fillings a wonderful taste.


Orange paste - application

The orange paste has many advantages, its consistency makes it easy to spread evenly in various masses without making them more liquid. With its intense and genuine flavor, it takes only a little orange paste, so you can flavor, for example, a delicious buttercream for macarons or a whole cake batter.

To begin, make the desired mass. This can be, for example, a vanilla cream, a butter cream, a topping or sauce, a cake or cupcake batter, an ice cream mixture or even a chocolate ganache. Then add 2 teaspoons of the orange paste to every 500 g of mixture and mix it in well. Then taste a little and add a little more, according to taste. For doughs or fillings that are subsequently baked at over 200 degrees, use enough paste, as the mass loses flavor slightly due to the heat.

With this orange paste you create, for example, delicious macarons with flavored shell, buttercream or ganache filling. It can also be used to make delicious tarts, cakes with a fresh aroma, exceptional glaces and noble tartes in your favorite flavor!
