Edible glitter pale red 2.5 g

A little glitter never hurts! Especially not when it comes to desserts, chocolates, cakes or fine macarons. The glitter particles are lightly colored and thus provide very special effects. This is how easy it is to create noble, glittering and glimmering creations.  

Glitter - Application

If the cake is not yet perfect or something is still missing on the macarons and eclairs, then glitter is needed! With a pinch of colored glitter you refine every creation and make it shine.

Dry application

Take very little glitter and carefully sprinkle it on the still unbaked macarons or on the soft sugar or chocolate coating of the eclairs. If you want to decorate a cake with it, you can also sprinkle a little glitter over it with your fingers or blow the glitter over your cake from the tip of a knife for an even distribution.

Application with liquid

Forgot the glitter before baking the macarons or putting on the chocolate coating? This is not so bad. Mix a little powder with very little alcohol, if you want to paint chocolate, use a small amount of lemon juice or water for an icing. On the macarons you can apply the glitter with alcohol or water. 

We recommend that you only use the liquid version if the dry application is not or no longer possible. This way, the glitter is distributed more evenly and your creation is not softened by too much liquid.
