Vanilla cream powder, 120 g
With vanilla cream powder you create perfect vanilla and pastry cream for éclairs, tarts, danishes and cream slices. For this purpose, the powder is boiled with milk, sugar and, if necessary, egg yolk and mixed to a homogeneous mass. For a particularly airy cream, a little whipped cream is added at the end.

Vanilla cream powder, 120 g
A perfectly bound vanilla cream is easily cooked with the vanilla cream powder. With milk, sugar and the powder you create a delicious pudding, which becomes a delicate filling with a little whipped whole cream. With the prepared cream you refine vanilla cornets, danishes, tarts, éclairs, croissants and much more. Even in baked cake fillings or icing for cakes you can often find some vanilla cream powder. Quark cakes, for example, get a perfect consistency and a delicious vanilla flavor.
Vanilla cream powder - application
Airy vanilla cream
200 g milk
50 g sugar
30 g vanilla cream powder
25 g egg yolk
25 g milk
90 g whole cream
Put the milk and sugar in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. In another bowl, mix well the vanilla cream powder, the egg yolk and the milk. Once the vanilla milk boils, add a sip to the egg mixture and stir in well right away. Add the egg mixture to the boiling milk and keep stirring well, otherwise the egg might burn. Keep stirring and simmering until you have a firm pudding. Then pour the pudding into a clean bowl and cover directly with cling film.
After at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, whip the cream until stiff. Then carefully mix in the whipped cream in three parts with a rubber scraper, do not stir. Before use, chill the cream again for 5 minutes.
For example, fill some vanilla cornets, layer the cream on a sponge cake for a delicious Swedish cake or put a blob of it on a tartelette, decorate it with some strawberries and create an airy strawberry tartlet. This way you can surprise your loved ones with many different treats.
You want to make homemade vanilla cream yourself? Then watch out! Our vanilla cream powder is ideal for making homemade vanilla cream for example for a fine Swedish cake or for summer strawberry tarts. The powder is supplied in an easy resealable container and can therefore be used several times.
There are many recipes for making vanilla cream. Traditionally, the desired amount of milk and sugar is boiled together. Vanilla powder is mixed with milk and egg yolk and added to the boiled mass. The whole is mixed well. The vanilla cream is then placed in a bowl, covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated for about an hour. Afterwards, the crème can be additionally mixed with whipped cream.
The homemade pastry cream can then be used as a sweet filling for vanilla pastries, croissants, cakes and small tarts and goes perfectly with fondant, marzipan and fruits.
