Rose nail stainless steel 4 cm
To create professional flower decorations for your cakes, you should order this high-quality stainless steel rose nail. The flower nail facilitates the production of sprayed roses and flowers from buttercreams and Rocal Icing masses.
Rose nail stainless steel 4 cm
You can use this high-quality flower nail with our flower nozzles or with the classic rose tip nozzles. For both methods, we recommend that you first apply a small dot of buttercream or egg white icing to the flower nail. On top of that, attach a piece of wax paper or baking paper. This allows you to easily remove your roses, flowers and blossoms from the flower nail and set them aside to dry.
If you choose not to use the wax paper squares, you will need a flower lifter to lift your sprayed roses and blossoms.
If you want to spray your buttercream flowers with the rose tip nozzle, you should start in the center of the flower. Make sure the wider end of the nozzle touches the rose nail. Now rotate the nail a full turn while evenly spraying the decorating material.
The outer leaves of the buttercream roses can now be sprayed onto the nail layer by layer using the same technique with the piping bag and nozzle. For particularly natural-looking flower decorations, you should overlap the petals a little.
If you want to change the nozzle or color of your decorating mass, you can simply stick this rose nail in a piece of Styrofoam or similar thanks to its tip.
Place your icing roses on a tray or other flat surface to dry.
