Syringe nozzle clouds
A perfect cupcake topping is very difficult without a suitable spout, but even easier with a cloud spout. Due to its size, this spout is wonderfully suitable for a classic cupcake topping of about 9 cm, which only gives the delicious little cake the right freshness. Flower decorations made of buttercream or solid cream can also be easily applied to cakes.
Clouds spout - Application
Take a disposable piping bag, cut off the tip and put the nozzle inside. Depending on the size of the nozzle, you may need to cut off a little more so that the front part of the nozzle sticks out but the whole nozzle doesn't fall out. You can of course also use an adapter for nozzles, for this you put the inner part in the piping bag, then from the outside the nozzle is put on and screwed on with the help of the outer part. Thus, the nozzle can also be replaced with the mass in the bag.
Turn the bag in slightly over the piping nozzle and press it lightly into the nozzle, so that the mixture you fill in does not run out again immediately. Fold the piping bag over a bit at the top and place it in a piping bag holder or a liter container. Now you can easily fill in your mass. Depending on the application, butter cream, whipped cream, chocolate cream or cream cheese masses are suitable here.
Now push the mixture down slightly, twist the bag in over the mixture and you're ready to go. Hold the nozzle on the surface of your cake or cupcake and press lightly. Don't move the piping bag up or down but twist a little back and forth so that you get the typical pattern. When the cloud has reached a diameter of about 9 cm you should stop pressing and pull the nozzle straight away. You can then fill the center with a dot from another nozzle, berries or small decorations.
