Then we have just the thing for you. MiniSchoggi offers various online team and group events on the theme of chocolate, baking and decorating. Whether with the best Swiss chocolate or something from the baking sector? - We can make it happen.

For all online events, we send out boxes a few days before the event with all the ingredients and tools for the creations at home. Depending on the event, the participants only need to buy commercially available fresh ingredients, such as z.B. some cream or butter. Normal kitchen equipment is also perfectly adequate for the events, as any special materials will be sent directly from us together with the box.

The online events are suitable for everyone, whether they are new to baking or already experienced, regardless of age or gender, the events are equally popular - an event that is therefore perfect for every team.

We have been organising corporate events and private functions throughout Switzerland since 2014 and have since become one of the largest providers of chocolate and baking events. Since the end of October 2020, online events are also part of our offer.

Here is a short overview of our predefined events for team events or private groups. We are also happy to put together an individual event, just ask us if you would like to produce a special theme or product on the occasion of a joint event.

Chocolates & Truffles

Create your own truffles and chocolates as a team! With sweet, fresh fillings of vanilla, milk chocolate with champagne, hazelnut or dark chocolate as well as countless decoration options, we ensure sweet hours and lots of fun at your online event!

We show you step by step how to make the pralines & truffles. After each short demo, it's the participants' turn at home to put it into practice straight away, so it's guaranteed to work perfectly. If they have any questions, we will of course be on hand to help.

At the beginning, the fillings are made, then the chocolates and truffles are filled and sealed before they are decorated and packaged.

Each person receives a set for around 55 chocolates and can then make and decorate them beautifully themselves.

An event that always goes down well and with chocolates as a sweet gift for friends, family and acquaintances, it is also a very educational event that offers a lot of knowledge for your own fresh chocolates as a unique gift in the future.

Bake Christmas cookies

On the occasion of this online Christmas biscuit event, you make your own biscuits online together with your team or group members.

Shortly before the event, you will receive freshly made pieces of dough by post that have been lovingly handmade using our in-house recipes, which you will of course also receive as a complete recipe collection in the box.

Together, these are rolled out, prepared for cutting or further processing and then finished accordingly into delicious creations.

A short online event that is ideal for a joint sweet break on the occasion of a packed day and guaranteed to provide energy replenishment!

Immerse yourself in the wonderful pre-Christmas season together with your colleagues.

The following Guetzli varieties will be freshly made in your own kitchen and beautifully decorated at the Guetzli baking event: Cinnamon stars, Spitzbuben, Brunsli and Mailänderli.

Some impressions from the online events

Since the end of October, we have had a professionally equipped show kitchen with live cameras (up to 4K possible), lighting, audio stations and various mixing facilities, as well as a corresponding fibre-optic line with capacities for high-performance streaming. This is constantly being expanded to offer you the highest quality.

Here you will find an overview of the most frequently asked questions. If you have not found the answer to your question, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone at 044 480 14 14 or by e-mail to events@minischoggi.ch.

For the dispatch of the boxes we need the full name as well as the address. If desired, the box can of course also be sent to the company address or any other address. It is also possible to collect the boxes from our premises in Adliswil. We do not need your telephone number or e-mail address for shipping. Because we handle the shipping ourselves, no other institution has access to the data, except Swiss Post as our shipping provider.

If you wish, you can of course also use your own shipping service provider and we will send the boxes directly to them for fine distribution.

If you invite us as participants to the live conference, no e-mail addresses are necessary. However, if we were to organise the invitation of the participants via e-mail and on the occasion of the event, it would be mandatory for us to have this data.

We guarantee that the data will only be used for sending the boxes and for the event. This data will of course not be passed on to third parties or used for marketing purposes or similar.

We rely on absolute discretion and should you require a confidentiality declaration or similar from us due to internal rules or regulations, this is of course possible at any time.

We use a wide range of conference and meeting software, so we are very happy to adapt to your wishes.

If you do not have a wish, we will of course make appropriate suggestions so that you can decide. We would like the organisation to be as ring as possible for you, so you are welcome to name the software currently in use and we will then ideally try to use this for the online event straight away.

We should receive the address data at least one week before the event.

If the number of people registered has changed significantly, we would appreciate early notification so that we can act and plan accordingly. Thank you very much for your help.

We should receive the address data in a spreadsheet format, ideally Excel or similar, so that the mailing labels can be generated. Ideally, the following columns would be split up: Salutation, first name, surname, addition (C/O, P.O. Box etc., if necessary), street incl. hash number, postcode and town

After the event, the organiser will receive an invoice by e-mail for the number of people booked, which must be paid within 14 days. Of course, it is also possible to send the payment slip by post on request.

The reason we send an invoice is that we do not have any cash registers on site to do the accounting. In rare cases, we may insist on advance payment or card payment because the invoice z.B. is addressed to a person with a foreign billing address. MiniSchoggi reserves this right at all times. We thank you for your understanding.

We distinguish between the basic costs and the costs for the boxes. The basic costs are incurred once and are completely independent of the number of people. The basic costs include the setup for the event, the preparatory work of the course leader and the time spent at the event.

An additional person will be on site during the event to operate the equipment, cameras and sound. Therefore, these costs are also included.

To give an example, for an event that lasts two hours, there are about two additional hours of work for preparing the ingredients/kitchen etc. and one hour for cleaning up the kitchen incl. equipment. The technical operator makes a detailed test before each event, makes fine adjustments and accompanies the entire event, regulates the chat with questions, controls the cameras and ensures streaming. This means that for a two-hour event, about 8 working hours are required.

In addition, there are costs for all the materials and ingredients, because we really want to demonstrate the steps 1 to 1, so these costs for materials and ingredients are also included in the basic costs.

The second cost item is the boxes, which depends on the final number of boxes sent. Each box contains a variety of ingredients, decorations, consumables and tools/auxiliary materials. These vary depending on the type of event; for example, in the case of the chocolate tasting, this is the chocolate, and in the case of the workshops, these include all the required products. This price also includes the shipping and packaging costs within Switzerland.

The cupcakes have a shelf life of 1 week, although you can also freeze them together with the decoration. This extends the shelf life to 3 months.

The cookies have a shelf life of 8 weeks and can be stored at room temperature away from the sun.

Pralines and truffles have a shelf life of 4 weeks at room temperature, protected from light, and the chocolate bars and chocolate high heels, at least 6 months.

You will therefore certainly have enough time to taste your creations or give them as gifts to your loved ones.

We charge a basic fee for the realisation of the event and these costs are independent of the number of participants. These costs therefore always remain the same, whether fewer or more people participate.

If we have already sent the box, we must also charge for it in full. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to take back boxes that have already been sent, partly because of the food in the boxes. However, we are sure that the respective person, together with the enclosed instructions, will certainly find a use for it independent of the event.

Unfortunately, recording and further use of the recording is not possible. If you absolutely need a recording, because there are large time differences between the participating persons or the like, we can discuss it together in detail so that a good way can be found for these persons. For completely customised events, the recording and the exclusive use of the recording for the registered persons of the event is possible under certain circumstances, please contact us in this regard. We thank you for your understanding.

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. If there are individuals abroad, please contact us so that we can check this individually.

If you have a larger number of people abroad, we will be happy to organise a corresponding export, but then we simply need a significantly longer lead time.

Depending on the type of event, the ingredients and materials vary, which can lead to restrictions in transport. For example, shipping chocolate to tropical countries is possible, but extremely expensive, so we tend to advise against it. There may also be a restriction on goods in the destination country, so that we are not allowed to export food products. Please contact us regarding these issues so that we can advise you in the best possible way.
