Make broken chocolates on the wedding night

The bride loves chocolate more than anything? Perfect! Snacking is allowed at this wedding event. But what exactly is broken chocolate?

Break chocolate is freshly made chocolate / couverture that is mixed with various ingredients such as nuts, freeze-dried fruits, spices or crunchy flakes and later broken or cut. The resulting broken edge (the reason for the name 'broken chocolate') gives you a direct insight into the inner workings of the broken chocolate.

But what makes broken chocolate so famous is not only the ingredients or chocolate combinations, but above all the extreme freshness of the broken chocolate. Have you ever tasted such a fresh chocolate? Because if you have, you'll never want anything else!

Buttercream Cupcakes

At this poltergeist event, each person gets to make four of their own broken chocolate bars. Choose your favourite chocolate from over 25 possible recipes and combine it with the best ingredients. After mixing, the broken chocolate is poured into a frame and then cooled for approx. 5 minutes. After cooling, you can cut the broken chocolate into 8 chocolate bars of the same size. Thus, by the end of the course, each person will have made a total of 32 individual chocolate bars.

Our course leader, an experienced chocolatier, will show you step by step how to make such a chocolate bar.

As each person makes four different types of broken chocolate, the broken chocolates made and crushed can be shared or exchanged, either for themselves or in the group.

Each person makes about 1 kg of mixed broken chocolate. The individual bars are particularly attractive when packed in a transparent "sack" and stacked on top of each other. It is up to each individual how many bars are stacked on top of each other in the sack. A single bar weighs approx. 25 - 30 g! At the end of the chocolate breaking course, the filled chocolate breaking bags are closed with a nice mesh before they are packed into a carrier bag for transport home. All participants will receive a recipe booklet with the respective broken chocolate recipes for further making at home with your loved ones. Also a great idea for homemade Christmas gifts.

This is what each person makes on the wedding night

Weight of a whole broken chocolate bar = approx. 250 g x 4 = 1 kg / person. Weight of a single cut bar = approx. 25 - 30 g (Total 32 individual chocolate bars / person).

Perfect to sell at the bachelor party

Since many individual small bars are produced at the chocolate break poltergeist event, these can of course also be individually packaged instead of stacked in a transparent bag and sold to passers-by during the course of the poltergeist party. After all, who doesn't love chocolate? Each person makes 32 individual small bars (25-30 g / bar). But the broken chocolate that is made is also super easy for you to eat yourself ;-)
