There are six delicious chocolate fillings to choose from, just waiting to be tasted and used. Here’s what previous stag and hen parties have said about the stag and hen nights they booked

Do you have any questions or is anything unclear?

Here you will find an overview of the most frequently asked questions. If you have not found a suitable answer to your query, please feel free to contact us by telephone on 044 480 14 14 or by email at events@minischoggi.ch.

After the event, the organiser will receive an invoice by email for the number of people booked, which must be settled within 14 days. Of course, we can also send the payment slip by post on request.

The reason we send an invoice is that we do not have cash registers on site to process payments. In rare cases, we may require payment in advance or by card because the invoice z.B. is addressed to someone with a foreign billing address. MiniSchoggi reserves the right to do so at any time. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, the parking situation in the cities of Zurich and Bern is somewhat difficult, and we cannot guarantee parking spaces there; we can only direct you to car parks in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for your understanding.

In Zurich-Adliswil, there are dozens of parking spaces along the River Sihl, which are even free at the weekend. You’ll always find a free space there. If, contrary to expectations, this isn’t the case, please pop into the restaurant and we’ll show you where you can find additional parking spaces.

The only time we use an alcoholic filling is at the chocolate hen party, specifically a champagne truffle filling. However, for the chocolate hen party, you’ll also be offered a choice of five further fillings without added alcohol, so there’s certainly a wide enough selection.

If the majority of attendees at the event are pregnant women, or if you would prefer to replace the champagne filling with a non-alcoholic one, please let us know; we’ll be happy to make the necessary arrangements and work with you to decide on an alternative filling.

At the High Heels hen party, we optionally use a special gloss varnish based on an alcohol mixture; however, this evaporates largely during the drying process, so it shouldn’t pose a problem. If you’d like to be on the safe side, you can powder the high heels accordingly without using the gloss varnish, ensuring that no residue remains.

With every aperitif package booked, we also provide orange juice or mineral water alongside the Prosecco for those who do not wish to, or are not allowed to, drink alcohol.

Bachelorette parties usually take place around a large table, so guests remain seated. This makes our bachelorette party ideas particularly suitable for pregnant women. At the chocolate bar bachelorette parties, on the other hand, you regularly stand up, mix the ingredients yourself and collect the chocolate from the chocolate station independently. This means you regularly have to stand up and sit down, as well as walk short distances around the room. However, if this only affects one person, it is no reason not to organise the event, as our course leaders – and no doubt the other participants too – will be more than happy to help.

At each venue, we have a bathroom/toilet with a power socket and seating, and in some cases even a separate room where a breastfeeding person can retreat to express milk.

Please simply speak to the course leader briefly before the course begins on the day and, if possible, agree on an approximate time so that the course leader can take this into account. We can therefore let you know quite precisely when would be a good time to do this, so that the hen party isn’t interrupted or delayed and everyone can finish their creations in peace and without stress.

The breastfeeding participant need not worry about their own chocolates, as the course leader can always help if time is tight, meaning that even a longer pumping session is possible without causing them to miss out on the group activity.

For our Cupcakes hen night, we deliberately avoid using toppings that wouldn’t withstand a long evening or warm temperatures. Decorations made from fondant, flower paste or royal icing hold up well even in warmer temperatures, so it’s absolutely no problem.

Chocolate withstands temperatures of up to 25 °C without direct sunlight. However, if you’re storing them in warm places, such as in a car or similar, it’s advisable to take a cool box or similar with you in the car to ensure nothing goes wrong.

If temperatures are higher, we’ll provide you with a cool bag for your chocolate creations instead of a standard carrier bag. This will keep the chocolate cool for several hours under normal conditions. However, if the chocolate is left in the sun for longer or temperatures are very high, you can always place a cold drink in the cool bag to ensure the chocolate remains protected. In extremely hot weather (above 30 °C), we’ll provide cooling pads to ensure the chocolate certainly doesn’t suffer.

At the Cupcakes Polterabend, you’ll be given a special box for transport, so that the cupcakes are well protected.

The biscuits for the ‘Biscuits’ hen party are packed into attractive bags and then placed in a box, ensuring they are well prepared for transport.

If you’re decorating high heels at the hen party, you’ll receive a box made especially for this purpose, into which the moulded chocolate slab fits perfectly. You attach your high heel to this chocolate slab using a little chocolate, so that the shoe is securely held in place. This ensures the shoe is protected as well as possible for onward transport.

For the praline and chocolate bar bachelorette parties, you’ll receive a box for the pralines to ensure they’re well protected, whilst the truffles are placed in a bag. The chocolate bars are also packed in clear plastic bags.

At the end of each pre-wedding party, you’ll be given a carrier bag for transport, which can also be personalised with your name to avoid any mix-ups.

If you’re going to be out and about for a while afterwards, you can store the creations in a locker at the station, in a car (if available), or, if you prefer, we can store the finished creations here for a few days and you can then collect them from us later.

The cupcakes will keep for 1 week, although you can also freeze them with their decorations on. This extends their shelf life to 3 months.

The biscuits have a shelf life of 8 weeks and can simply be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Chocolates and truffles will keep for 4 weeks at room temperature, away from light, whilst the chocolate bars and chocolate high heels will keep for at least 6 months.

You’ll therefore certainly have plenty of time to enjoy your creations or give them as gifts to your loved ones.

We ask that you arrive on time for your event so that the schedule can run smoothly. If you arrive late, the course organisers will be forced to shorten the event accordingly. Depending on the day, the event room may be needed again either before or after your event. We are therefore reliant on the time needed for set-up and cleaning. Alternatively, the course organisers may have other appointments or may have finished work for the day; we would therefore be grateful if you could arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the event and leave the room afterwards, so that the course organisers can begin cleaning.

A cosy atmosphere is very important to us. Therefore, it is absolutely no problem and does not incur any additional costs if an event runs a little longer; however, for the reasons mentioned, we cannot make our rooms available for games or similar activities afterwards.

We would like to thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.

Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible, preferably by email or, in the case of events, by telephone within 24 hours on 044 480 14 14.

Reductions in the number of guests: Our entire preparation process begins one week before the event, and the event venues are usually set up several days in advance, so that on the day of the event, only the fresh ingredients and fillings need to be prepared. Therefore, should there be a last-minute reduction in the number of guests, we are unfortunately unable to take this into account in the final bill. However, we recommend that the group still prepare the dishes for the person who is unable to attend – usually for health reasons – so that they can still enjoy a taste of the event at home.

Should the number of participants fall below 6 for two-hour events or below 10 for one-hour events, please still prepare the quantities for 6 or 10 people, as we are required to charge for at least this number of participants.

Increases in the number of participants: Inthe vast majority of cases, we can accommodate a last-minute increase in the number of participants without any problem. In isolated cases, however, this may not be possible if z.B. a significantly larger number of people turn up or the products are no longer in stock.

Further details regarding the processing and invoicing, as well as the exact procedure for events that have already been confirmed, complete cancellations or postponements, can be found in the Terms and Conditions, which will be sent to you when you request a quote.

Baking Züri Tirggel for a stag party

Would you like to create something typically Zurich-style for your hen night? With us, your hen night group can make your own Züri Tirggel.

At this hen night event, each person makes their own Tirggel dough. This is made using only the finest ingredients, such as honey, cinnamon and flour. After kneading, the honey dough is rolled out, followed by choosing the desired Tirggel mould. Once you’ve chosen a suitable design from a wide range of elegant Tirggel moulds, the rolled-out dough is carefully pressed into the mould and then removed. This gives the Tirggel its characteristic embossed pattern, after which it’s ready to be baked in the oven.

Using different moulds, you can bake as many different Tirggel as the dough will allow. Finally, the Züri Tirggel you’ve made are neatly packed into clear plastic bags and finished off with a bow. The Tirggel can now be sold on during the Polterabend or taken home as a sweet souvenir.

Making chocolate bars at the stag party

This hen party is all about chocolate, as you’ll be making your own chocolate bars here! Together, you’ll create lots of different varieties of chocolate bars. Whether you prefer them with nuts, freeze-dried fruit or with a bit of a kick from chilli, it’s entirely up to you.

At this hen party, each person will create five different bars of chocolate with a variety of ingredients. Choose your favourite chocolate – whether white, milk or dark – and combine it with your chosen ingredients. Each chocolate bar can be cut into 8 pieces. Finally, everyone can keep their own bars or you can share the treats amongst the group so that everyone can take home a huge variety of flavours. This means everyone receives up to 40 small chocolate bars with a total weight of 1.25 kg.

The bars are then stacked on top of one another in small clear bags and tied with an elegant ribbon. Decide for yourself how many bars to stack in each clear bag; the chocolate break-off bags created in this way are also perfect for resale at a stag or hen party, as a gift or, of course, for your own enjoyment.
