Application and properties
First spray the hedgehog baking pan with some baking release spray or lightly grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Then you can use your favorite cake recipe and fill it into the baking pan. After baking, you will need to tap the pan a bit on the work surface to loosen the cake. After the cooling time, you can turn the cake out onto a grid and decorate it.

Cleaning
The baking pan is not dishwasher safe. Rinse with hot water before first use. After use, wash the mold with hot water, a little detergent and dry immediately with a cloth. Do not use cleaning sponges that leave scratches.
