Pure lemon oil
A natural note to spice up a wide variety of delicacies or add that special touch. With this natural pure lemon oil, you can give dough, creams and fillings a delicious and natural taste as well as a subtle coloring. The taste of the natural pure lemon oil is absolutely authentic, the consistency of the mixture is not affected and the pure lemon oil spreads evenly. For a delicious cake, a fresh cream or a tasty Swiss merengue, you should always use high-quality flavoring, but it is better to use natural pure oils. The natural pure lemon oil can also be used in baking, giving not only creams and sauces, but also cake batter and baked fillings a wonderful flavor.
Pure lemon oil - Application
Pure oils have many advantages; their consistency makes them easy to distribute evenly in various mixtures without making them runny. With their intense and genuine taste, you only need a little pure lemon oil to flavor a delicious buttercream for macarons or an entire cake batter, for example.
Start by making the desired mixture. This could be a vanilla cream, a buttercream, a topping or sauce, a cake or cupcake batter, an ice cream mixture or even a chocolate ganache, for example. Add up to 2 g of pure lemon oil per 100 g of mixture and mix in well. Taste a little and add a little more to taste. For doughs or fillings that are subsequently baked at over 200 degrees, a little more oil should be used, as the mixture loses some of its flavor due to the heat.
With this natural pure lemon oil, you can create delicious macarons with a flavored shell, buttercream or ganache filling. It can also be used to make delicious cakes, cakes with a fresh taste, exceptional ice creams and delicious tarts in your favorite flavor!
The bottle is made of glass and can be refilled with other essences and aromas as soon as you have used up the natural pure lemon oil. The flint glass can also be recycled with the lid.
