Biscuit-Fix, 1.2 kg
Biscuit-Fix for easy, fast baking and sure success! You have little time, but still want to use a homemade sponge for your cake? No problem! The sponge mix allows you to make a delicious sponge cake despite a shortage of time. The mix is also suitable for thin roulades, with which you can create a Charlotte Royal, for example.
Mmmh... how that smells! With this ready-made cookie mix you can conjure up a quick and yet homemade cookie in no time. To the ready-made amount of Biscuit-Fix you only have to add 4 eggs and 70ml water, mix the mass well and put it into the oven. On the one hand you save time and on the other hand the handling is very easy. Within a very short time you can put the ready-made dough in the oven. Afterwards you can make fine cakes from the sponge. Let's go!
Sponge cake mix - application
Add 4 eggs and 70 ml of water to 400 g of the sponge mix, mix everything well and put the mixture in a cake ring in the oven. You can also use a springform pan, but it will not achieve the same quality. The sponge will be less airy and heavier. In addition, you can then cut fewer sponge slices. If necessary, you can also add 60 g of melted butter or a little cocoa powder. In this way, you can achieve additional flavors.
You can now process the prepared sponge cake. Remove it from the cake ring with a serrated knife. Then cut it into even slices using a cake cutter or a cake saw. Clean the previously used cake ring and place a cake insert strip in it. Now put a layer of the sponge cake back in. Spread the filling of your choice on it. For example, different fillings combined with whole berries are delicious. Place another slice of sponge cake on top. If you don't want it to be visible from the outside, you can cut off about 0.5 cm of the edge. Then press it a little bit into the already filled filling, so that the bottom finally disappears completely into it. Once all the layers are in place, it goes into the fridge. Once the filling is firm, remove the cake ring and the insert strip.
Of course, you can also make a roulade sponge cake, which, decorated with a fine pattern, provides special effects. Here, too, you do not have to worry about lack of time.
In this way, a delicious sponge cake is created in the shortest possible time. Handling the sponge mixture is child's play, succeeds safely and saves you a lot of time. The enclosed instructions for use help you to conjure up the perfect sponge cake, a suitable sponge cake roll or a delicious wiener base.
