Heart mix silicone mold Ø 18 cm
Silicone molds are suitable for many different treats, because they can be easily baked and frozen, because they are soft and movable, the finished products can not simply stick in them. For example, you create tartes, patisserie with a noble mold or delicious small cakes. The surface is still nice and smooth after unmolding, so it's great for frosting with couverture, chocolate icing or mirror glaze. In addition, it is perfect for tartes.
Heart mix silicone mold - application
Find a recipe for a dessert and lay out the necessary ingredients and utensils. The silicone mold is suitable for all sorts of things, in addition to ice cream, solid cream and cake, you can also shape jelly. The most impressive are treats that are layered or have a delicious center in them.
If you want to make a layered treat, for example, prepare the individual parts one after the other and put them in from top to bottom. For a small ice cream bomb, for example, put some strawberry, then some vanilla and finally some chocolate ice cream into the mold. More exotic mixes like passion fruit, coconut and chocolate also taste great. Depending on the type of food, the filled mold is placed in the freezer, so the whole thing is easier to unmold afterwards.
A tart looks especially noble with a shiny covered decoration. Bake a few small sponge cake layers or cut out small circles from a larger sponge cake. It is especially practical if you have a cake ring of the appropriate size. Put a sponge cake as well as some cream in the cake ring and put it in the refrigerator for some time. Meanwhile, you can prepare another cream or jelly and pour it into the heart mix mold. This is placed in the freezer, so the creation can be easily shaped afterwards. While still frozen, the slices of cream or jelly can be coated with Mirror Glaze, then the cake is unmolded and ready to enjoy.
Small round cakes can also be made in this mold. The mold does not need to be greased, the dough is simply put in and baked. After cooling, the individual cavities are simply inverted, so the cakes come out easily.
Silicone molds are easy to clean in the dishwasher, making baking, filling and unmolding even more fun.
