A homemade praline belongs in an equally noble praline capsule. The size of the ramekins is perfect for pralines and truffles.

The praline molds are finished with blue, pink and beige check patterns to add a little color to your chocolate.

Especially great about the aluminum molds is that they can be used directly as a mold for a praline. To do this, make a rather solid ganache. It is particularly easy to make this, for example, by bringing 50 g of cream to the boil. Then pour the hot cream over 125 g of dark or milk envelope pieces. Now mix gently until all the lumps have disappeared. Cover the mixture directly with cling film and refrigerate. Once it is relatively firm, stir well again and pour into a piping bag.

Now fill the heart-shaped capsules to the top and decorate. For example, add a few crispy pearls, a few dried flowers or even a small mocha bean to the praline. If you want to create a special flavor, you can also place a roasted hazelnut in the mold beforehand and pour the ganache over it. With a little mocha paste, the ganache can be flavored and if you use chili threads as decoration, your chocolates get that certain something.

The chocolates are chilled again and as soon as they are firm, they are ready to be enjoyed.

Subsequently, they can be packed in a noble cardboard box. The capsules look so packaged not only beautiful, they can also be used for already finished molded and cut pralines and truffles.

For true confectioners and chocolate lovers, the praline capsules are just right. They are made of aluminum and come in a set of 30 in three different colors (turquoise, purple and beige). The capsules can be filled directly with ganache and then chilled in the refrigerator. Likewise, the Pralinenförmchem can be filled with truffles or chocolates.
