Cooler bag with base 50 x 33 x 20 cm
With this cooler bag, you can transport cakes, patisserie, macarons and even ice cream safely to their destination without the treats getting too warm or even melting. The bag provides excellent insulation, closes well and is very sturdy, so you can transport up to 10 kg in it. The reinforced base also makes it easier to carry treats that need to be carried straight.

Cooler bag with base 50 x 33 x 20 cm
Ice cream, cakes and cream desserts should always be kept chilled or even frozen, but this can be particularly difficult on a hot summer's day. If you want to bring a dessert to a barbecue despite the warm temperatures or visit your loved ones with homemade ice cream in your luggage, a good cool bag is essential.
Cooler bag with base - Application
Check some time before you finally pack whether the treat to be transported really has enough space in the bag and whether it is well protected. A cake or smaller desserts are best placed in a cake box, ice cream should be transported in a sealed box in case it becomes a little softer and a small bag is sufficient as a container for macarons or chocolates. The base reinforcement can simply be inserted at the bottom and you can keep even the most delicate treats straight. If it is a tall, large cake, you can also remove the bag and slide the cake in sideways. If you are sure that the cool bag is big enough for the treat and its packaging, put it away and put the dessert or aperitif back in the fridge or the ice cream in the freezer until you leave.
You can then put the treats in the cool bag just before you leave. If you are traveling for a long time or if the food is frozen, it is advisable to put one or more cooling elements from the freezer in the bag. Close the bag tightly and carry it in a way that is suitable for the chilled goods. For example, you can slide a cake in sideways and then hold the bag flat on your arms instead of by the handle. If you are traveling by car for a long time, you can also wrap a thick blanket around the bag to provide additional insulation.
Once the treats have been enjoyed and the cooling elements are back in the freezer, you can put the bag to one side until the next time. Before doing so, you should take another quick look inside and check whether it is a little damp or even a little sticky from one of the treats. If this is the case, you can clean it with a little water, allow it to dry thoroughly and the bag is ready for its next use.
