With this pure pistachio paste you create delicious chocolates and various fillings and treats. You can use the pistachio paste to flavor your praline, cake or macaron fillings. The direct use of the flavoring paste is not recommended, because it is very flavorful and is better to use as a flavor enhancer of chocolate ganache or cream fillings.

Pure pistachio paste, 200 g
Praline, cake, éclair or macaron fillings with a delicious nutty flavor can be refined in no time with the ready-made pistachio paste. The paste can be used for any creams, fillings and ganache.
Application and properties
For delicious and quickly made pralines you will need some hollow praline balls or shells, a praline filling or ganache, a piping bag and some couverture. When making your praline filling, you can add some pistachio paste to flavor the filling with delicious pistachio flavor.Then place the finished praline filling in the piping bag and cut off the tip. This way, the cream can be piped directly into the hollow balls or shells. You can also mix the paste with some chocolate ganache in advance, this will create a sufficiently intense, creamy pistachio ganache. Finally, seal the chocolates with some tempered couverture and decorate or coat with sprinkled decor, sprinkles or coconut flakes as desired.
If you would like to enhance your Éclairs, Macarons or a cake with a fine pistachio flavor, add a little of the paste to your cream. For Éclairs, for example, a simple vanilla or chocolate mousse is suitable; for macarons, buttercream is a good choice. For a delicious cake filling, you can also make a vanilla cream or, for example, a yogurt or curd mixture and mix it with the flavoring paste.
For a delicious pistachio ice cream, make a simple basic ice cream mixture. For this you can use your own recipe or the basic mass from our ice cream course. The mass is then mixed with a little pistachio paste. This is how the mass is frozen.
