Patisserie - the artistic area of the patisserie

Pâtisserie actually comes from the French and means to knead or bake a cake (pâte means dough). The term patisserie refers to a group of baked goods and pastries. However, this field is not only found in pastry shops, but also in hotels, upscale restaurants and caterers. A patissier is responsible for the production of desserts, masses, pastries, tartlets and ice cream. It is almost impossible to describe a patisserie, because a patisserie can consist of different textures, masses, shapes and flavors. Classic examples of patisserie are fruit tarts, caracs or cream slices.

Packaging and transportation material

The beautiful dessert or cake is ready. But there's one important point you haven't thought about: unfortunately, it's easy to forget to organize suitable packaging and the right transport for your pretty desserts. With these little bowls, this is guaranteed not to happen. Unfortunately, the sweet desserts cannot be transported properly. In a cake box, the pastries just slide back and forth and either stick to each other or to the cake box. By using plastic trays, you can make transportation safer for the delicious cakes. To do this, place your desserts in the tray and with the tray in the cake box. If the cake box is still too big, you can also place the trays empty and upside down in the box. This will prevent the desserts from sliding back and forth and bumping into each other.

Composted plastic - 100% biodegradable

The patisserie bowl looks and feels just like plastic. But appearances are deceptive, because the bowls are actually made from organic materials. This means that the bowls can be used in the same way as conventional plastic, but disposed of like compost. The only difference is that you cannot use the bowl to store creams, mousses or other moist masses. Over time, this plastic will dissolve in contact with water or moist textures.
