Application

Line the mold with cake insert strips. Cut the biscuit bases of your choice to the right size and place them in each well. Now place the different fillings in layers on top. Ideally, you should now place the mold in the freezer for a few hours so that the little delicacies can then be easily removed from the cavities.

The easiest way is to cut out the biscuit base with the matching "Patisserie Cutter Oval" mold. In this way, the base fits perfectly into the mold. To release the desserts from the mold, the filled mold is placed on the counterpart "Patisserie Ejector Oval" and gently pressed down. The finished desserts then remain on the counterpart.

The set includes two molds of 5 wells each for patisserie and a tray to prevent leakage of the wells and at the same time keep the two molds together.
