Rotating and tilting cake plate, Ø 27.5 cm

The rotating and tilting cake plate is ideal for decorating and arranging cakes, theme cakes, wedding cakes and fondant cakes. It simplifies decorating when you decorate the cake with ganache, buttercream or egg white icing by allowing the plate to be easily rotated in both directions. It thus allows you to work more ergonomically and is an indispensable tool that simplifies the making and decorating of sweet treats. In addition, the rotating cake plate can be tilted (slanted), which makes it easier to decorate the edge of the cake with, for example, egg white icing, royal icing or buttercream. So that the cake does not suddenly fall from the tilted cake plate, this was additionally equipped with an anti-slip mat on the rotating cake base surface. This guarantees a safe working.

Plate and foot are made of white plastic. Easy turning and decorating cakes is thus made possible. A tool that belongs in every kitchen.

Rotating and tilting cake plate - application

Make a cake according to your desire. By using a cake ring and a matching cake insert strip, the subsequent covering of the cake is greatly simplified. The use of these materials prevents an uneven surface on the side, as the filling does not stick to the cake ring and the cake insert strip can be easily removed.
Carefully lift up your cake. The best way to cover your cake is on a small cake plate. This way it is easy to transport and since you don't have to mess with the possibly curved edge of the cake plate, you can easily cover the whole edge from top to bottom.
Now pour the used mixture - whipped cream, buttercream or similar - onto the cake with a rubber scraper or a piping bag. Now take a spatula or an icing smoother to hand. Place it on the side of the cake. Hold it as straight as possible and gently turn the rotating cake plate without moving your other hand. Vary with the pressure until you have a nice smooth edge. You can wipe off any excess mixture left on the tool on the edge of a bowl.
The upper part of the cake is done similarly. Hold the spatula horizontally and turn the cake underneath. As you do this, keep brushing off the excess mixture. Repeat this until you like your cake.
Now you can continue decorating the cake. Here, too, the easily rotatable cake plate allows you to quickly change the angle of view. So you decorate your cake even faster and easier!
The cake plate allows you to work ergonomically, saves you the hassle of repositioning and reduces the risk of accidentally reaching into the cake when trying to change something on the opposite side!
