Application and properties
Place the cake dough, puff pastry or shortcrust pastry in the appropriate mold, press the edge and run the dough dabber over the bottom a few times. And you'll have evenly spaced small holes in the bottom of the dough and there will be no air bubbles. The dough dabber has a total length of 18 cm, is 6 cm wide and lies well in the hand, thanks to the light plastic material. With the dabber you make 6 cm wide webs.
Cleaning
The dough swab is not dishwasher safe. Use hot rinse water to clean the dough swab by hand.
