Application and properties
Cut the rolled out fondant, marzipan or flower paste exactly with the cutter. You can also cut out smaller details without any problems. Always use a base when cutting. The total length of the knife is 16 cm. The blade has a length of 2.5 cm. If the blade becomes blunt, you can clean it with our Replacement blades Replace
Cleaning
You should lightly rinse the blade by hand. The cutter is not dishwasher safe!
