Cake baking dish rectangular 25 x 9 x 6 cm
A baking pan made of blue plate requires a little more care than other molds, but the effort is worth it. The high-quality material is extremely durable and heat-resistant, so it can withstand temperatures of up to 400 °C without any problems. This makes it suitable not only for delicious cakes but also for molded breads and softer doughs such as sourdough.
Cake baking pan - application
To begin, of course, need to prepare a suitable dough. In this form can be baked cakes or breads.
Simple Cake
150 g butter
140 g sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
140 g egg
155 g white flour
1 tsp baking powder
30 g whole milk
1 pinch salt
Chocolate drops or berries
Cream butter and sugar together, add the egg in sips. Then fold in the flour and baking powder. Finally, using a hand mixer, mix in the milk and salt, the baking drops or berries can be easily folded in.
The dough is then poured into the mold lined with baking paper, greased or sprayed with baking spray and baked at 160 °C for about an hour. At the end, do the stick test, then let the cake cool slightly in the mold. Then the finished cake can be removed from the mold or turned out.
Sprinkled with a little powdered sugar, the cake is also ready to serve. Of course, you can then also cut it and give a delicious cream between the layers.
So you create beautiful cakes and breads with a great look. The mold can be well rubbed out, briefly rinsed if necessary and then oiled. Thus, the mold is stored until you bake a next cake or bread.
