Application and properties
Your Linzertorte, Bündner Nusstorte or covered pie is ready and about to go into the oven. You can run the pastry wheel along the edge of your pastry and create great patterns. You can also use the pastry wheel for ravioli. Press the edge of the ravioli and roll over it with the pastry wheel. And you have even grooves.
Cleaning
The pastry wheel is not dishwasher-safe. The pastry wheel is washed with hot dishwater.
