With this binder, you prevent cake layers from softening due to juice from fruits or berries and give cake fillings more stability. Add about one tablespoon of binder to 250 g of frozen fruit or berries to bind the escaping juice directly. For about 500 g of filling with cream cheese or whipped full cream, use two to three tablespoons of the powder.
