Ice cream waffle iron

Whether to escape the heat in summer or to enjoy the cold in winter, an ice cream is never the wrong choice for a dessert or Zvieri. If you want to enjoy everything about your ice cream, a cornet or a wafer bowl is the best solution.

Glace wafer iron - application

Making cornets yourself is no magic, just turn on the waffle iron, select your preferred temperature and wait for the light to go out. This means that your waffle iron is hot and ready to use. Now, place a spoonful of batter in the center of the iron and set the time on the device. We recommend that you bake the waffles at 180°C for 2 minutes. Once a short beep sounds, your waffle is ready to be shaped. For cornets, take the wooden stick provided and using a spatula, carefully wrap the waffle around it. Then roll it across the table a few times until the cornet is firmer. Alternatively, you can also prepare two brioche pans, between which the waffle is pressed into shape.
For special effects, you can also color or flavor the dough with our ProGel colors. To do this, add 4-10 drops of natural flavor, a few cocoa nibs or dried fruit to the dough. This creates new delicious creations that will delight friends and family.

Recipe waffle batter

35 g butter, liquid

70 g powdered sugar

1 pinch vanilla seeds

25 g whole egg

100 g milk

90 g white flour

Production

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Add the melted butter to the powdered sugar and the vanilla seeds.

Gradually add a little milk and whole egg.

Finally, sift in the white flour and mix well with a mixer. The finished dough can be flavored as desired with flavors and cocoa nibs or colored with gel dyes.

Heat the waffle iron to 180 °C. Once the temperature is reached, place 1 tablespoon of the waffle mixture in the center of the waffle iron and close for 1.5 - 2 minutes. After 1.5 - 2 minutes, remove the finished waffle and twist it on a straight surface with the cornet twister to form a glace cornet and leave to cool.

The finished ice cream wafer can now be dipped in tempered chocolate as desired.
