Description

Ice cream cone iron

Whether to escape the heat in summer or to enjoy the cold in winter, an ice cream is never the wrong choice for a dessert or snack. If you want to enjoy everything about your ice cream, a cornet or waffle bowl is the best solution.

Ice cream cone iron - Application

Making your own cornets is not rocket science, just switch on the waffle iron, select your preferred temperature and wait for the light to go out. This means that your waffle iron is hot and ready to use. Now place a spoonful of batter in the middle of the iron and set the time on the appliance. We recommend baking the waffles at 180°C for 2 minutes. As soon as a short beep sounds, your waffle is ready to be shaped. For cornets, take the wooden stick provided and carefully wrap the waffle around it using a spatula. Then roll it over the table a few times until the cornet becomes firmer. Alternatively, you can also prepare two brioche moulds between which the waffle is pressed into shape.
For special effects, you can also color or flavor the dough with our ProGel colors. To do this, add 4-10 drops of natural flavoring, a few cocoa nibs or dried fruit to the dough. This creates delicious new creations that will delight friends and family.

This ice cream cone maker can be used to make beautiful and delicious ice cream cones. The individual grooves of the pattern are 1.7 mm wide and 1 mm deep.

Recipe waffle batter

35 g butter, liquid

70 g powdered sugar

1 pinch of vanilla seeds

25 g whole egg

100 g milk

90 g white flour

Manufacture

Melt the butter in a pan.

Add the melted butter to the powdered sugar and vanilla seeds.

Gradually add a little milk and whole egg.

Finally, sift in the white flour and mix well with a mixer. The finished dough can be flavored with aromas and cocoa nibs or colored with gel dyes.

Heat the waffle iron to 180 °C. As soon as the temperature is reached, place 1 tablespoon of the waffle mixture in the middle of the waffle iron and close for 1.5 - 2 minutes. After 1.5 - 2 minutes, remove the finished waffle and turn into an ice cream cornet on a flat surface using the cornet turner and leave to cool.

The finished ice cream cone can now be dipped in tempered chocolate as desired.
