Ice cream cup 75 ml, 50 pieces

Everyone knows the perfect way to cool off in the summer - an ice cream! But the real ice cream lovers know, there is no bad time for the sweet treat and even in winter an icy treat is always welcome. To store, serve or give away the ice cream, individual ice cream cups are ideal. With the matching lid, the cups are well sealed and the ice cream can be kept fresh for a long time.


Ice cream cup - Application

Have you ever made your own ice cream? A simple chocolate ice cream is incredibly delicious and not that hard!


Chocolate ice cream

4 dl milk

100 g acacia honey

100 g chocolate

1 dl cream

Put the milk, honey and crumbled chocolate in a pan and heat the mixture. Stir constantly so that nothing burns and a homogeneous mass is formed. When everything is well dissolved, cover the mixture with cling film and let it cool down. Beat the cream and fold it into the liquid mixture. Now you put the whole thing in a bowl in the freezer. After half an hour, stir the mixture carefully, this will make the ice cream creamier. Repeat the stirring 4-8 times. Then pour the mixture into a piping bag and pour 75 ml into each cup. Equipped with a lid, the treats are now ready frozen.

Your ice cream will be even creamier if you have a freezable bowl that you can use as an insert for the food processor. This recipe will be delicious and will surely delight your loved ones.

The ice cream becomes perfect when you add a Ice cream machine and use a recipe adapted to it. The products of this production are softer, creamier and retain their full flavor longer. Ideally, you use the recipes from our ice cream course, these were developed and elaborated by our confectioners. So you get for example through Invert sugar and Binder a wonderfully creamy consistency, with just a few ingredients you give the base mass a delicious flavor just the way you like it.
