Cake lollies nonstick baking dish

Cake on a stick, or rather a cream and water ice cream? With this cake lollipops non-stick baking pan you succeed in any endeavor.

Cake lollies nonstick baking pan - application

150 g soft butter

120 g sugar

1 pck. vanilla sugar

A little lemon zest

1 pinch salt

3 eggs

150 g flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 tablespoons cocoa

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt. Gradually add the eggs. Add the flour to the mixture together with the baking powder and stir in briefly. Divide the batter in half and stir the cocoa into one half. Pour the light and dark batter into a piping bag each. Now you can alternate the two doughs in the greased and floured baking pans. Then place the stems in the indentations provided. It should be noted that the stems are slightly covered. To do this, turn the stems a little in the dough or put more dough on the stems. Finally, bake in the preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10 - 12 minutes. Afterwards, you can dip the cake lollipops in chocolate and decorate them with sprinkles.

Cake lollies are not only for cakes, but are also great for cream and water popsicles.
