Application and properties
Grease the baking pan with a little baking spray or butter and flour. Pour in the dough and place it, open side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake. The mold is 30 cm long, 11 cm wide and 6 cm high.
Cleaning
You can easily wash the baking pan by hand with a little mild detergent and warm water. Then simply let it dry or wipe it dry with a cloth and it's ready for your next cake. We do not recommend putting the baking pan in the dishwasher.
