The whisk with its matching shot insert is suitable for the Alpha 2G professional dough machine and thus enables the production of soft doughs, whipped cream and beaten egg whites. All masses that need to be whipped to a foamy consistency are easy to make with this accessory. In this way, wonderfully creamy doughs and airy fillings succeed, even in small quantities.

The Alpha 2G is a stable and durable kneading machine of professional quality, which nevertheless fits perfectly into the kitchen of hobby bakers and private households. With the whisk and the matching shot insert you provide many more uses for the machine.

Right at the beginning, put the shot insert into the bowl and hang the whisk. Make sure that the tube of the whisk is placed over the pin of the machine. Then add your ingredients to the bowl. These may be butter and sugar for a cake, beaten egg whites or full cream, for example. For tips and timing, refer to the instructions that come with the whisk. Then close the machine as well as the splash guard and turn on the machine. If desired, you can also set a time. With the help of the instructions, find the perfect beating time for your dough or ingredients. Then press the time button and set the desired number of minutes.

Beat the ingredients first in first, then in second gear, so that the mixture does not splash too much. Switch off the machine, fold up the splash guard and the machine head, and clean the whisks if necessary.
