Addition dough bowl for Alpha 2G
This Alpha 2G dough machine ensures perfect doughs of all kinds - just like from the bakery itself. With a second dough bowl, all doughs, fillings and masses succeed without any stress. Instead of having to wash up after each mass, you can make your doughs and put both bowls together in the dishwasher after processing. The bread dough can also rest directly in the bowl until it has risen nicely, for this we recommend the dough bowl cover for Alpha 2G. Then, while one dough is resting, a second one can already be kneaded.
Addition dough bowl Alpha 2G - Application
The Alpha 2G is a stable and durable kneading machine of professional quality, which nevertheless fits perfectly into the kitchen of hobby bakers and private households. Of course, the machine also comes with detailed instructions, from which you can learn not only the application but also tips regarding the kneading times of different doughs.
For a simple bread dough, remove the first stainless steel bowl from the machine with a quick turning motion to the right. Add all ingredients such as flour, liquid, yeast and more. The bowl can hold up to 5 kg of bread dough. With a turning motion to the left, replace the bowl. Then attach the dough hook to the head of the machine. Now gently push it down and slide the bracket all the way in. Finally, fold down the spray cover, otherwise the machine cannot be turned on. This is also a safety feature, because it prevents hair, clothes or even your hand from getting into the kneading machine.
Now you can start the machine in first gear or set a time. With the help of the instructions, find the perfect kneading time for your dough. Then press the time button and set the desired number of minutes. If the dough seems ready or the time is up, you can set a new time and switch to the second speed. This will finish kneading the dough until it passes the window test.
Switch off the machine, fold up the splash guard and the machine head and clean the dough hook if necessary. If necessary, you can also leave the dough in the bowl to proof immediately by placing the dough bowl cover for Alpha 2G on the bowl.
Then take out the second bowl and put in the ingredients for a second dough. Again, knead the dough until nice and smooth and leave it in the bowl to stick ferment. The hook as well as the stainless steel bowl are dishwasher safe, so once both doughs have been removed from the bowls and shaped, they can be easily cleaned.
