For the production of high quality bread, the addition of quality flour is even more important. For our breads we use only the best Swiss flour from a trusted miller. We highly recommend you to work with a high quality flour, because it influences the final result enormously. This flour will lead you to an excellent result. Our miller guarantees you fresh, regional and best Swiss flour for the production at home. To give you the chance to know the flour before you use it yourself at home, we make our breads exclusively with this flour.
Our trusted mill has been run by the same family for generations and places great emphasis on regional products. The grain from which the flour is made is brought by the farmers directly from the field to the mill, where it is processed. No additives are added to the grain. Keeping the additives away results in a flour that is natural and, above all, well tolerated.
The special flours are supplied to you in 1 kg units and are easy to process. Thanks to the resealable flour bag, the flour can also be easily portioned.
