Silicone roll out mat 60 x 40 cm

This silicone rolling mat is ideal for rolling, baking, modeling and freezing. Thanks to the marked diameters and the most important measurement and conversion units, you no longer need a ruler to create your precise works. This silicone mat should not be missing in any kitchen.

Application and properties

Thanks to the non-stick surface nothing sticks. With a little baker's starch, you can roll out fondant wonderfully on the mat and place it over your cake. Thanks to the diameter information, you can see how large the fondant cover must be. Colored fondant does not leave any color on the mat. Cut out cookies on the mat and bake them in the oven right after. The mat is heat resistant up to max. 230 degrees. The mat is also suitable for freezing. The silicone mat is non-slip, tear-resistant, but not cut-resistant! 

Cleaning

The mat is not dishwasher safe. Hot rinse water is used to clean the mat by hand.
