Rolling pin silicone red 25 cm

The rolling pin must not be missing in any kitchen. Because rolling out a dough without rolling pin is much too tedious and cumbersome. That's why we have just the thing for you. The lightweight rolling pin made of silicone with a metal core is perfect for every household. The rolling surface has a size of 25 cm.

Application and properties

Dust your work surface and the dough with a little flour and roll out the dough. Thanks to the light rolling pin, even your children can work with it. The silicone coating is heat resistant up to max. 200 degrees. The total length of the rolling pin is 49 cm. The rolling surface is 25 cm long. 

Recipe for butter cookies

100 g granulated sugar
200 g butter, soft
1 pc egg300
g white flour
1/2 tsp vanilla seeds
1
pinch salt

1. beat the soft butter with the granulated sugar until fluffy.
2. once the mixture is nice and fluffy, you can add the egg and stir well into the dough.
Add the rest of the ingredients and knead with your hands until you get a firm, homogeneous dough. 4.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
5. After the cooling time, preheat the oven to 170 ºC convection oven.
6. knead the dough briefly so that it becomes softer again.
7. dust your work surface with a little flour and roll the dough using the Rolling out wood 
8. now take the cookie cutter and cut out the butter cookies with it. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up. 9.
9. place the cookies on a baking tray lined with Baking paper Bake them in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. 10.
Let them cool for at least 20 minutes. 11.
If you like, you can decorate the butter cookies with chocolate or royal icing.
