Cookie cutter with ejector car
The sturdy cookie cutter with ejector car allows you to make delicious Guetzli with great embossing. The cookie cutter is also perfect for a baking afternoon with children. With the ejector, the pattern is applied to the Guetzli and then they can be easily detached from the cookie cutter. In addition, the embossing facilitates the later decorating.

Cookie cutter with ejector car
Spending an afternoon in the bakery creating sweet Guetzli is one of the best ideas for any weekend. It's especially fun when children's hands join in the kneading and cutting. This cookie cutter with ejector is made of a sturdy material, so even children can cut and bake with it without any problems. With the ejector can bring great embossing on the Guetzli, which are still good to see after baking. If you want to create particularly elegant and colorful Guetzli, you can then decorate the treats with colored icing. Here, too, decorating is especially fun when the children are allowed to help.
Cookie cutter with ejector - application
Perfect cookies
100 g sugar
200 g softened butter
1 egg
300 g flour
1/2 vanilla pod, scraped out seeds
1 pinch of salt
Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy, add the egg and then stir in the remaining ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed. Wrap this dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, roll out to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out as many cookies as possible. To emboss each cookie, briefly hold the cookie cutter on the table and press down the ejector. Then simply loosen the cookies with the ejector and set them down on a sheet of baking paper. Reassemble the remaining dough and roll out again. Bake the full tray at 170° C for 10 - 15 minutes.
Decorated Guetzli
Instead of eating your Guetzli right away, you can first give them a very special look by decorating them. For this you mix for example a Egg white icing (royal icing). Divide them into smaller portions and color them differently. With a Cornet you can then give your cookies sweet patterns and colors. You can also glue on sugar decorations or work with fondant. If you prefer it less sweet, you can also apply wonderful decorations with a little melted chocolate. This way, each Guetzli becomes a small work of art.
Not only for cookie dough
Of course, other masses can also be used as cookie dough. For decorations on cakes or cupcakes you can use different sugar masses or even modeling chocolate. These you knead a little bit and roll them on Baker's starch very thin out. The made molds can also be decorated and finished with royal icing and sugar decorations as described above. The molds can be attached directly to your creation with a little edible glue from the tube or dried and used later.
The perfect cookie cutter
With this cookie cutter you create many noble cookies that sweeten your day. After a long baking afternoon full of delicious cookies, the cookie cutter can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The cookie cutter is very robust and will accompany you for a very long time when baking delicious and pretty cookies.
