Gel colors are suitable for almost all masses, fillings and decorations. Since they are rather viscous and only a small amount is needed to obtain an intense color, they do not change the consistency of the colored mass. Thus, not only dough and fillings but also macarons or fondant can be easily colored with gel colors. For fine, colorful cake creations! The food paste is suitable for coloring rolled fondant, Massa Ticino, modeling clay, marzipan, flower paste, buttercream or royal icing with intense colors.

Description

ProGel food coloring basic color set 6 colors

Macarons are known for their varied coloring, without color a rainbow cake is not a rainbow cake and colored fondant flowers enhance any cake. Gel colors can be used to color almost any mass. With this strong yellow color you create noble macarons, discreet fondant flowers and roses or a noble vintage fondant cover for your motif cake.

Gel color - application

Progel gel colors are strong, so only a little color is needed. Make your mass ready or knead it in advance. Then take for example a small spoon and give a small dab of color on it. Then mix the color well with the mass. Since it spreads very well and evenly, there is no need to mix a small amount in advance. If the color is still a little too pale after mixing, add another dab and stir again until the desired color is achieved.

ProGel colors can also be used for painting. To do this, a little paint is poured onto a small plate or platelet. If necessary, a second color can also be added. Gel colors can be easily mixed together, so you create the perfect color. With a brush, the color is then applied to fondant or marzipan, for example. Afterwards, the color must dry a little.

Gel colors are probably the most versatile food colors. Unlike powder and liquid colors, they maintain the consistency of the masses. So they can be used for macaron dough, cake fillings, buttercream, guetzli and sponge cake dough, royal icing and much more. They can also be kneaded with fondant, flower paste, marzipan and even modeling chocolate without making them stickier or brittle. Not suitable are the gel colors for the airbrush as well as for couverture.

For fine, colorful cake creations! The food paste is suitable for coloring rolled fondant, Massa Ticino, modeling clay, marzipan, flower paste, buttercream or royal icing with intense colors. In contrast to food coloring, it has the advantage that not only light pastel shades can be achieved, but the sugar mass can also be provided with strong colors in small doses. The food paste is very economical. A small dab is usually enough. When coloring the fondant, disposable gloves should be worn at best, because the paste stains strongly when kneading the mass. Put your most colorful fantasies into practice!
