It has never been so easy to conjure up a high-quality and fantastic-looking decoration. With this silicone mold you transform in a few simple steps savory and sweet, cold and hot decoration elements that not only look beautiful, but also taste! The silicone mold measures 30 x 17.5 cm, with mushrooms measuring 2.8 x 2.9 x 2.7 cm. The mold does not release flavor to the food and thanks to the flexibility is space-saving and easy to handle.

Everyone knows it: Visitors come over for dinner and you don't want to make a big fuss, but the meal should still taste good and take your breath away. The crowning finale you succeed with this recipe certainly!
Tipsy fig mousse with velvet chocolate topping
You need:
6 fresh figs
Some cane sugar
Vodka (to taste, for children please omit)
500g low-fat curd
200 ml cream (the higher the fat content, the creamier the consistency and more intense the taste)

This is how you succeed with the "fig mushrooms

Cut the figs into quarters and remove the pulp with a spoon and mash them in a bowl with a fork. Then add a little sugar. The riper the figs are, the less sugar is needed.
Now season the figs with a shot of vodka. If there are children eating with you, just leave it out, or take some aside and make an extra portion of mousse for the kids. Now stir in the quark by the spoonful, making sure that the mixture is nice and smooth.
Then whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the quark-fig mixture.
Now pour the fig mixture into the silicone molds and freeze for 3-4h.
When the fig mushrooms are firm, you can take them out of the silicone mold and serve them immediately. To give the mushrooms the final touch, you can spray the cocoa velvet mixture on your creation at a distance of about 25/30 cm. Let the sprayed surface dry briefly. Alternatively, cocoa powder can be sprinkled over the mushrooms through a sieve. The mushrooms harmonize perfectly with a moist brownie.
